Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel Varynqo LeadAgent subscriptions.
1. Monthly subscriptions
Varynqo LeadAgent subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime by contacting support.
2. How to cancel
Send a cancellation request to support@varynqolabs.com from your account email. Include your business name and subscription email.
3. Effective date
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of that period unless your account is terminated for misuse or legal reasons.
4. Timing
To avoid renewal, send your cancellation request at least 2 business days before your next billing date. Requests received after renewal may apply to the following billing period.
5. Data after cancellation
After cancellation, access to the service may be disabled. We may retain account and lead data for a reasonable period for legal, security, operational, and support purposes.
6. Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
