Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and services provided by Varynqo Labs Inc., including Varynqo LeadAgent.
1. Digital SaaS subscription
Varynqo LeadAgent is a digital software subscription. Once a billing period begins and service access or setup work has started, fees are generally non-refundable except as described below or required by law.
2. Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of the first payment if the service has not been configured, activated, or substantially used. Refund requests are reviewed based on account status, setup progress, and service usage.
3. Non-refundable items
Monthly subscription fees for completed billing periods, custom setup work, implementation services, domain or third-party fees, and usage-based charges are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
4. Service issues
If you experience a technical issue, contact support first. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue. A refund may be considered when a verified platform issue prevents meaningful use of the paid service.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@varynqolabs.com with your business name, account email, payment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
6. Processing time
Refund review may take up to 5 business days. After approval, payment processors and banks may take additional time to return funds.
