These Terms of Service govern access to and use of websites, products, and services provided by Varynqo Labs Inc. (“Varynqo Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Varynqo LeadAgent.

1. Service description

Varynqo LeadAgent is a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service product that helps business websites collect and qualify customer enquiries. The service may include AI-assisted intake questions, lead summaries, email notifications, and related setup support.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must provide accurate business, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, spam, or high-risk activities. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

4. AI limitations

AI-generated responses and summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. The service is intended for lead intake and workflow assistance only. It should not be used to provide emergency, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing leads, responding to customers, honoring your own customer commitments, and ensuring your website disclosures and use of the service comply with applicable laws.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at checkout or agreed in writing. Subscription fees renew until cancelled. Taxes may be added where applicable.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Varynqo Labs owns the service, software, design, branding, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business content and customer enquiry data, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or modify features as needed for security, maintenance, or product improvement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varynqo Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
